It's been a week of firsts for Maddie! Yesterday she finally crawled (replacing the army scoot) and today she attempted her first "jail break" out of her crib. I went to get her up from her morning nap and instead of me greeting her as usual, she greeted me with her proud smiling face as she attempted to scale the crib wall. Her escape wasn't successful, but there was no doubt dad had some work to do when he got home this evening! She is now safely sleeping...2 feet lower to the ground.
